Meet Ekiba Joseph: Founder of Sea Moss Mastery

I'm Ekiba, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, sea moss educator, and the founder of Sea Moss Mastery.
Sea Moss Mastery was built on the back of my previous company, Atlantic Gold Sea Moss — where, for 7 years, I produced more than 80 sea moss SKUs, including sea moss gels, juices, smoothies, culinary products, skincare, haircare, and bulk wild-harvested sea moss. I opened the first-ever Sea Moss Cafe in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We also wholesaled dried sea moss in-store and online.
I poured all my sea moss experience, frameworks, and systems into a suite of knowledge-based systems so that cafes, online sellers, and juice bars can serve sea moss to their customers in a meaningful and profitable way. We offer raw sea moss as a premium source for students and everyone.
Almost no one in the industry knew what they were doing. I didn't either, but I learned quickly. Through trial and error, I got really good at taking things from concept to ready-to-sell. There were many times customers needed help with sourcing, shipping advice, and gel product development. Because they were already buying my raw moss, I naturally passed along what worked and what didn't. It really helped their businesses.
Why sea moss is one of the most profitable products you can sell: Fruit-flavored sea moss gels carry approximately 75% gross margin (higher if plain or herbal). Gels generate low waste and have an established online customer base that buys every day. The question isn't whether the demand exists. The question is whether they're buying from you.
My background: Before sea moss, I was a digital creator specializing in vegan recipes, nutrition, blogging, graphics, and food photography — work I still draw from today, even as my own nutrition philosophy has evolved beyond strict veganism. Before that, I spent 16 years in corporate Logistics and Supply Chain, coordinating shipments between China, the United States, Canada, and Mexico for a large furniture manufacturer.
The deeper I went into the science of holistic nutrition, the more my own diet evolved. I'm not vegan anymore — I trust evidence of our ancestors, listen to my body, and refuse to be loyal to a label over the truth. One size does not fit all. That same honesty is what I bring to everything I teach.
I'm a mom of two grown kids and a fur baby. A 23-year career path led me here, and now I get to pass it on to you. It is the most fulfilling work of my life and an honor to bring it all to your business.
In Health & Wealth,
