Real Pumpkin Walnut Sea Moss Smoothie

Real Pumpkin Walnut Sea Moss Smoothie

Hello, Fall 🍂 The weather is getting cooler, and the spices are getting warmer. Here's a delicious smoothie recipe for the season. It uses pure, all-natural canned pumpkin and walnuts.

No sugar-laden pumpkin syrups will do for this masterpiece that I used to serve in my Sea Moss Café. And if you're fancy, feel free to roast some pumpkin. You can use any milk, but oat milk is creamier. Same as regular milk. This will make about 16 ounces of pure yumminess.

½ CUP PUMPKIN BASE

2 TBSP SEA MOSS GEL

¼ CUP OAT OR REGULAR MILK

1 TBSP AGAVE

½ BANANA

2 TBSP WALNUTS

1/2 CUP ICE CUBES

FINELY CHOPPED WALNUTS

A DASH OF VANILLA AND CINNAMON.

Add the liquid ingredients first, then the banana, walnuts, a dash of cinnamon, and ice. Once fully blended and poured into a glass, top with the finely chopped walnuts.
